Iman adalah sesosok rasa yang hidup dalam hati. Ia bisa disuburkan, dikokohkan, dirindangkan. Namun jika lalai, jadilah ia kering, layu, bahkan mati. Iman itu bertambah dan berkurang, naik dan turun. Bertambah dengan ketaatan, berkurang dengan kemaksiatan.
